How to delete your account

If you no longer wish to use ML EXPRESS, you can record an account deletion request from your member profile. This page explains how.

Before you start

You must be able to sign in to your account. Account deletion is initiated from the website after you log in.

Steps

  1. Sign in to your ML EXPRESS account.
  2. Open your profile. After signing in, open Member → Profile from the menu.
  3. Scroll to the Delete Account section at the bottom of the profile page.
  4. Click Request Delete Account and confirm when prompted. The date and time of your request will be shown on the page.

Change your mind

While your request is still pending, you can click Cancel request in the same section to withdraw the deletion request.

After you submit

Submitting a request records your intent on our system. Final processing of account closure may be completed by our team according to internal procedures, outstanding shipments or payments, and applicable terms. If you need help, contact us using the details below.
