Refund Policy
Refund requeist must be made within 1 week starting from shipment is created/made.

You must provide all necessary information in order for us to verify & process the refund. The required information are including : tracking no, parcel picture, refund reason and so on.
However, MLEXPESS reverse the rights to reject the refund request if requirement not filfull based on the situation.
