By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms:

✅ All products are purchased through our Overseas Personal Shopper Service. Once payment is made, we will proceed with purchasing immediately. Therefore, no cancellation, exchange, size/color change, or order modification is allowed.

???? Purchase receipts, invoices, or proof of purchase from overseas stores will not be provided.

???? Slight color differences, size variations, or minor dents/scratches on the outer packaging caused by international shipping are considered normal and do not qualify for return or exchange.

???? If you receive the wrong item or a seriously damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your parcel and provide a full unboxing video (unedited) together with photos for verification.

✈️ Overseas orders require purchasing, international shipping, and customs clearance. Delays due to out-of-stock items, logistics, flight schedules, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control and are not valid reasons for cancellation or refund.

???? If an item is out of stock, you may choose to:
• ???? Receive a refund for the unavailable item, or
• ???? Replace it with another item of similar value.

❌ Cancellation of the entire order will not be accepted.

✈️ Barang overseas perlu melalui proses pembelian, penghantaran antarabangsa dan kastam. Jika berlaku kehabisan stok, shipping delay, flight delay, pemeriksaan kastam atau perkara di luar kawalan kami, harap bersabar ya ????. Keadaan ini tidak boleh dijadikan alasan untuk cancel order atau refund.
